my dream job would be [don't laugh] park security.and here is the reason you can rotate from park to park.you are not tied down to one location.and let's be honest you don't really have to do much but stroll around the parks.other than the food and wine festival not that much action i'm sure.

I was actually thinking of getting a summer job at WDW to save up some money for school. I would love to be one of the Citizens of Hollywood or a ToT Bellhop! Heck, I would even settle to be a Great Movie Ride Operator.

The only park I would work in at WDW would be DHS due to it's smaller size and generally lower crowds.

Now my Disney dream job is to be President of Parks and Resorts...

Then, my next step is to rule the world!! Muahahahahaha

I think it would be kind of fun, for a while at least, to be the guy standing at the first counter at the Magical Express check-in point at MCO, simply because everyone who comes up is going to be super-excited to be there and to see you. Even if there's some kind of problem with their MagicBands and/or reservations, all you do is smile, tell them it's going to be fine, and wave them on to the second desk. It's all happy all the time!

Not like it would happen anyway but certainly not now, but I could've happily lived my golden year as a performing cast member at the Adventurer's Club.

This reminded me of one time when I had a really bad day at work...I came home and jokingly posted on FB that I was quitting my job and that I was going down to WDW to work as a host in The Haunted Mansion.

My friends know how seriously I take my Disney parks though and because of that it took me weeks to explain to people that knew me that I really had not quit my 'real' job and that it was only posted in frustration. Most people thought I was serious about it because they know how much I love the WDW parks :)

OH. I would also love to be quality control at the Rose and Crown to ensure all beer maintains the proper temperature and taste. If that position existed. :D

Creative development/think tank position in imagineering

At one time this would have been my answer as well, but seeing the direction things like Epcot have taken over the years and with such focus on the bottom line, I'd be afraid this would be quite frustrating.

DH and I have talked about retiring to Orlando because he wants to work Park Security also (he is in law enforcement now). I don't know what I would want to do - I think it would be to work somewhere in Magic Kingdom.

I can't say that many jobs at Disney are truly appealing to me. I applied for the college program but opted not to go because the hours were too intense for me. But I feel like it would lost its magic, if I worked there.
I have operated rides at Six flags and know all too well that guest can be unruly and disrespectful (I have seen that at Disney many times) so I cant say I would want to do that.
I probably would enjoy working in bibbidi bobbidi boutique, pirates league, or any of the stage productions like Lion King, Nemo, Little Mermaid, or Beauty & the Beast.
