My Disney Park

Well I was reading and commenting in The Adventurer's thread, and it made me dust off my old plans and work on them. I think I've made a pretty good park. I'm just gonna give you guys a quick overview of my park. Most of my lands have two or more sub-lands. I'm just giving a short backstory here, I'll have the enlogated ones when I explain each land in detail. Let me know what you think.

Toontropolis
This is my Toontown-like are of the park. There are two sub-lands here; Metropolis and Toontown.

Metropolis. This sprwling toon city is the wacky capital of the world. It's home to one of the park's E-tickets: The Incredibles' Adventure. Take a thrilling spin through the scenes of the Pixar movie The Incredibles. It is also home to those zany Muppets and Muppet Vision 3-D.

Toontown. This is the suburb of Metropolis, and is where all your favorite characters live. Here you can take a tour of the classics' houses. Even Scrouge McDuck has opened his mansion for an open house. This is also the home of Goofy's Candy Company, a spinning wild mouse attraction.

Adventureland
The biggest of all the lands in my park. 4 sub-lands.

Port Royal. You enter Adventureland through the port city of Port Royal. From here you can travel to the other lands of adventure.

Skull Island. This is the home of buccaneers from far and wide. You need to take a raft from Port Royal to get here. Home to a new form of Pirates of the Carribean, a huge E-ticket attraction. You can also find Peter Pan's Flight and Captain Hook's Caverns here.

Explorer's Camp. Deep in the jungle, there rests a camp for weary travelers run by enthusiastic, but bumbling tour guides. They run tours of the mystic rivers of the jungle. There is also a supposed haunted house deep in the overgrowth...

Sands of Arabia. The sands of the desert make you think your seeing things, but you actually are in Indiana Jones's base camp. Here you can help Indy in Indiana Jones and the Wrath of Anubis or esplore the world of Agrabah in The Adventures of Aladdin.

Well that's all for now. Most of my attractions are original, even the ones that are classics have updates/changes. I'll finish explaing the basics soon. Comments?

Well Tahu, now that you mention it...

Fantasyland
2 sublands.

Castletown. In the town outside of Blank Castle(haven't decided which castle I'm using) there is always something to do. Take a ride on the carousel, or go for a spin with Dumbo the flying elephant. You can follow two great heroes in two new dark rides,The Legend of Hercules and The Voyage of the Little Mermaid. This is also the home of the Dreamfinder and his loveable pal Figment, who invite you to a Journey Into Imagination. Mickey's Philarmagic and it's a small world round out Castletown's attractions.

The Darkness. The complete oppopsite of the rest of Fantasyland. This area is ruled by Disney villians, and is home to two of the parks E-tickets: Dragon Tower and Kingdom Hearts:Battle for the Light. Dragon Tower is a coaster like EE with more show scenes and KH is a Spiderman-like ride, except using the robocoaster technology.

Well that's todays update. The short overviews will conclude on Monday, and I might even go into detail on one of my lands.

I've had a lot of ideas for an awesome version for a JII area. In my idea there would be the main dark ride as well as a Buzz Lightyear/MiB attraction where you go hunting escaped nightmares with the Dreamseekers(in my ideas, Dreamfinder's apprentices)

I had an idea that was somewhat like yours. It was an inverted rollercoaster. You were to take part in an experiment with the Dreamfinder's new invention, which transported you into people's dreams. Unfortunately, the test subject is having a nightmare, and you and Figment have to escape.

I am glad that I inspired you to work on your park. Just a few suggestions though. I think Journey Into Imagination should be in Tomorrowland and I am not sure if you know this but "The Darkness" is a rock band inspired by the 80s band Queen.

I had the same debate with JII, but I decided to put it in Fantasyland. But it's on the thresh hold of the two lands, so it's kinda a mix of fantasy and the future.

And The Darkness isn't it's final name. Just a starter name.

I know I said I was gonna finish up with the quick overviews yesterday, but something came up. Here we go...

Frontierland
2 sub-lands

Dry Giltch. The old mining town of Dry Gultch sits as a shell of what it once was. A huge flood drove out most of the citizens and destroyed the mines. It is home to Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.

Critter Country. All of the animals displaced by the flood now reside here in Critter Country. Home of Splash Mountain, Pooh's Honey Hunt, and It's Tough to be a Bug.

Tomorrowland
Yet again 2 sub-lands.

The City of Tomorrow. A lot like WDW's Tomorrowland, but the city theme is really driven home. Here you can board a rocket bound for another planet on Space Mountain. You can also be apart of a test, which goes horribly wrong, in Alien Encounter: Transportation Terror. You can also experience Stitch in Stitch's Great Escape. Don't worry, I redid it  .

Rebel Base. Enter the world of Star Wars at the Rebel Base. Here you can help the rebels defeat the Empire on Star Wars:Attack on the Death Star. You can also learn the ways of the force at the Jedi Academy.

AE is an EMV attraction. A lot like Dinosaur with the pop-out scares and stuff like that. BUT there is also physcological scares. More to come later. BTM is BIG. Everest big. It has a bigger story than before, and has some show scenes.

Another note. The Haunted Mansion has been moved out of Adventureland and onto Main Street. I'll explain main street later.

Well, it's been a while since I've updated you guys on my park. I'm going to give you the first in depth look at one of my lands almost a month later than I intended. I'm gonna start off with Tomorrowland.

As you cross the bridge into Tomorrowland, you are transported to the world of the future. You cross the gates into what seems to be the downtown area of the City of Tomorrow. Futuristic sky scrapers surround you, and the city's transportation system wisks people around overhead. In the distance you see the city's outbound flight station where you can travel into space. You also see a prison, and the X-S Tech headquarters. You pass through the busy metropolis and find yourself in a thick jungle, and find yourself in the middle of a rebel base straight out of Star Wars. Everyone is on high alert because the Empire's Death Star is threatening to attack the rebels. You also find a Jedi temple where a master of the Force can teach you the ways of the Force.

Attractions

Space Mountain
Space Mountain's exterior will be very bright. Lots of light and flash. It will draw you towards it. Once inside it will look like a future airport. Lots of lines! But seriously, it'll be like the Star Tours queue in the begining, and then trnsform into WDW's SpaM's queue. There will be screens dispersed throughout the queue detailing your journey, and they won't always be reassuring. Right before you board you're navigator will talk to you saying that you might have a rough flight. You will be passing through an asteroid feild, and there have also been reports of pirates(yep, space pirates) along your route. You then board your ship and head towards blast off. It's a launch of about 60mph. The ride will consist of some standard coaster stuff. 1 loop around an asteroid, and 2 corkskrews while trying to escape the pirates. Of course there will be a gift shop at the end...

Stitch's Great Escape
DUN, DUN, DUUUUUNN! Haha, nope this is a completely new ride with the same name. This is a dark ride cronicalling the blue menace's escape. You borad your vehicles and start off. You go into a room that is like the turntable from the original JII. The set is exactly like the current show. You see Stitch in his cell and the canons. He escapes, and you chase him along with Gantu. He escapes into The City of Tomorrow, and you see some funny scenes of him messing with its citizens. Stitch is eventually captured, and is taken to the trial that is seen in the movie.

Alien Encounter: Terror Transportaion
You enter the X-S Tech headquarters in a room that looks a lot like a waiting room. Here you are greeted by Chairman Clench, who explains that you are going to be transported to a newly discovered world and will witness X-S researchers at work. This transport system is a new invention, and will "revolutionize" the way we travel. before sending us to the main queue, Clench reminds us to, "Seize the future!" You go through the queue which is littered with old inventions. You board your vehicles, which seem to be hovering jeeps, and head for the transporter, which is exactly the same as the time machine in Dinosaur. You emerge into an alien jungle with odd animals surrounding you. As your hover jeep approaches the X-S compound, something seems to be horriblely wrong. The doors are malfunctioning, and the corridors are completely dark, save from some some sparks from broken lights. Sometimes, you make out a hulking figure in the breif illumination. The jeep comes to a hault infront of the complex's main coputer. A recording comes on chronicalling what has happened to the researchers, but all it amounts to is screams of pain and cries for help. During the time that your eyes are drawn to the computer, something has taken an oppertunity to sneak up on you from the other side. Warning signs go off and you turn around to the sight of a horrendous monster. It looks like a cross between a crocodile, cocroach, spider, and bat. The creature lunges as your vehicle speeds off. The rest of the ride is spent trying to escape, much like Dinosaur. One cool thing though, is one room which is completely dark, but you find that the creature has laid eggs in this room, and it feels like the small bug-like creatures are crawling all over you. You eventually escape, and go back to the city. This is an EXTREMELY scary ride, and probably would never be built in a Disney park, but I think it would be cool.

Tomorrowland Transit Authority
Pretty much the same as WDW's. Shows the inside of SpaM, SGE, and the transportaion room of AE. Some show scenes straight outta Horizons showing future technologies, too.

Well, I can't finish right now. I will keep up with this better than I have, I promise.
