my disney experience

i'm gonna be in the world this year 7th - 24th november and i'm travelling from the UK. I'm staying at POR and already have a couple of dining reservations. But today is 60 days until I go meaning I can do my fast passes but for some reason I can't link my disney park tickets to my disney experience. I only have my 6 digit conformation number and I haven't got a 12 digit one which its asking for. Am I doing anything wrong or is it cause i'm from the UK?

Ring the Disney helpline number shown on the Disney UK MDE website. Make sure you have your tour operators booking reference - they'll assist you

Our AAA reference number worked so it is possible your tour operator booking reference number might work too. I would keep trying it until it works or you get through on the phone for them to help you.

We're traveling from Ireland and we booked ours through disney travel company uk. We had to ring them and quote our confirmation number they then gave us our booking number, which includes letters and numbers. With this u can link your reservation on mde. If u booked through a travel agent you may have to contact them to get it. Hope thathelps

I input my booking reference from the tour operator into the MDE site when I first created my account. It came up with AKL and our dates of travel, it also showed the names of our group.
The only issue that we had was the site stated that 3 of our group were without tickets (even though everyone and everything had been booked together). After a quick phone call to Disney everything was linked and it now shows five people each with tickets - I didn't need to input any numbers into the ticket page.
