My Disney Experience Not Showing Plans

Hey All,
I booked a vacation package today for next year direct from the Disney World Website. Everything shows just fine on MDE on the Disney World Website, but only the tickets show up on the MDE app. Under plans it says "none have been made yet". In the past I have noticed that some data loads a lot slower on the app then on the website, and Disney said it might just be taking its time when it called... but I feel like it could be a different issue. Has anyone experienced this and if so did it resolve itself? Could my trip just be too far away for the app to show it?

I would give it a little time. MOST reservations including Fastpasses should eventually show in MDE although as I said in a separate post...some reservations for Disney tours, carriage rides and such will never show in MDE because Disney does not link them. Not sure why...they just don't.

Mine isn’t showing on the MDE app for 2019. I double checked and my confirmation number is linked. I do see everything on the computer when I look. Maybe since we don’t have FP’s or restaurants booked yet there isn’t anything to show?

I called Disney again and asked the question another way. This time I was told you can only see things 365 days or less of your arrival date. If your arrival date is more than 365 days then nothing shows in the app. When is your trip Disneyfreak because every other trip it usually shows a ton of information.

There is apparently an issue with a large number of MyDis Exp user's info. Mine had been working fine for months then two days ago any balance due information along with the pay now option is gone. I also can't make any changes to existing dining reservation which do show. After working with the disney help desk they were not able to fix this and promised a ticket would be opened. I called back later today and was told they are now getting many similar phone calls and are working on the problem. (3pm EST 7/31/18 )

We booked a few days ago and have 272 days but says we don’t have a reservation. Rang Disney and told us will take a few weeks, had same problem last year but they blamed the confirmation number being wrong. Always issues
