My Disney Experience currently down?

In DHS right now and myself and everyone else are unable to access my Disney experience. You go to sign in, put in your credentials, then the app says they’ve sent a code to your email. When you put the code in, it then takes you back to the sign in screen and you’re stuck in an endless loop.

There’s posts on Twitter with people having the same issue.

What’s their procedure if it’s still down at 1 PM for boarding groups?

Check now - you should be able to pull up Virtual Queues.
