I just checked my plans on the App and it’s working. I’ve had that same problem though. I’m not a techie, but I did turn off my iPad and turn it back on and it seemed to do the trick.

Not sure if it is my computer or Disney?
Try logging out, closing the app and then logging back in. Sometimes, that is enough to reset the app.

Also, make sure your app is updated.

from my experience, sometimes Disney can do updates to their systems at times sometimes on the weekends..maybe I'm wrong.....hope you have a magnificent trip!

What if the app gave you a message when you left the restroom, "Is everything OK, this was your 3rd trip to the restroom in the last 2.43 Hrs encompassing 8:17 minutes total time " ?
