I thought my app was connected but it won't attach my dining plan and I can't get anyone at the service number

Ok and I called 407-939-7765 and she said she couldn't help me but have me another number to call and when I got off the phone I realized she gave me the number I was already on

I don't understand... Having the Dining Plan has no bearing on making dining reservations...

Ok see I was told my someone that it did or I understood it as you had to. So I'm trying to do them now and it's asking for my credit card...so that's normal I book with my card but still be able to pay with my DP?

That's so they can charge you 10.00 per if you don't show up.
