My DHS: Welcome to the new Disney's Hollywood Studios

Every amazing theme park needs an amazing entrance, whether it's Main Street USA, Port of Entry, or the Oasis. For this new DHS, the challenge was to come up with a revised edition of DHS's Hollywood Boulevard. Who will you vote for?

I voted for ctxak98's idea. I'm not a fan of direct clones, so I'm opposed to the idea of Buena Vista Street being in Florida. Turtle's ideas were cool, except the Wax Museum part. I'm terrified of wax figures. I liked ctxak98's ideas the best.

Your welcome! I really liked your soda fountain idea. I'm guessing you got the idea from the Disney Soda Fountain on Hollywood and Highland street in California?

I DID!...I think it could be cool! Just more detail to the atmosphere!

I usually eat in Disneyland, so I can recommend some places there. I've heard Boardwalk at DCA is good.

My favorite is the Plaza Inn on Main Street. That was Walt Disney's favorite restaurant. The best fried chicken in the park. Carnation is good, too. I also love French Market and Hungry Bear.

I forgot, you should try Flo's in Cars Land.

Yes, I read it. Although it would be bigger, it sounds like it would still be the same. The buildings, the same name, Red Car Trolley, the statue... It all sounds the same. DHS and DCA already have way too many similarities.

Three days are enough to hit major attractions, yes. Will you hit EVERY attraction? Most likely not.

The statue would be different. I get what you are saying and can understand the not wanting clone things, but DCA's hollywood influence is recently updated and some of the best work from Disney. We really do need to take some inspiration in order to fix up DHS.

Either way cxtak98 (however you write it) obviously has won this one. Hollywood Blvd is a great entrance so I can understand if people don't want change.
