Quick question, though: If you did nothing but the food kiosks (and restroom breaks & a 15 min. get out of the sun/rain/recharge the phone break in the Chase lounge), how long do you think it would take you go to most if not all of them? I'm trying to figure out if I need to allocate a whole separate day to just Food & Wine stuff and we have only 5 full days in the World.

Depends on the day and the lines. Problem A, it's alot of food/booze if you plan on hitting every booth. Even if you split one item from each booth, almost 15 (since you are splitting) tapas sized portions is a lot to eat in one day. Never mind 15 drinks. ; ) Problem B, if you are there on a Fri/Sat night, the lines do get big so it can take a while to get through a handful of booths. On a slow day, you could potentially hit every booth in a single day. You would want to divide and conquer, each of you waiting in line at a different booth and then meeting back up to share. But more more leisurely approach (especially if you want to sample alot of wine) would be to split it up. As @Texas84 said, lots of people do the morning at another park, and then hop to Epcot for the afternoon/evening. Think our upcoming trip has 2 evenings and 1 full day at Epcot to hit them all up (admittedly we will have a 2yo in tow, so leaving early most nights) I could easily see most people being able to crank out the big stuff at DHS by 1 or so using well timed FP+, and then walking over to Epcot for a second half day.

That's good to know. I'm already thinking about a half day where we take the ferry across the lagoon to start at Germany & work around counter clockwise back to Future World in time for dinner at the Garden Grill on my actual birthday. The other half could be the day before where we enter through the International Plaza & go clockwise to the front. Does that sound more feasible? Our itinerary starts on Sunday & we'll be there for 5 nights.

The Crispy Pork Belly was very good. Tender and well flavoured. The Kefta Pocket was OK. Nothing special & was more like a Morocan hamburger than anything else to me. The Beer Braised Beef was also very good. A nice portion size (similar to Scotland) and again, beef was very tender and I enjoyed the flavour of the beer braise on the beef.

Here's my run at the Food & Wine last Thursday -

Grilled Sweet and Spicy Bush Berry Shrimp with Pineapple, Pepper, Onion and Snap Peas from Australia -

Black Pepper Shrimp with Garlic Noodles from China -

New England Lobster Roll & La Crema Chardonnay from Hops & Barley (America) -

Spicy Sushi Roll: Tuna and Salmon with Kazan Volcano Sauce from Japan -

Kefka Pocket & Les Trois Domaines Guerrouane White Wine from Morocco -

Croissant aux Escargots: Escargot Croissant with Garlic & Parsley and Bourgogne Blanc Chardonnay from France -

Seafood Fisherman's Pie and Bunratty Meade Honey Wine from Ireland -

Canadian cheddar cheese soup served with a pretzel roll, “Le Cellier” Wild Mushroom Beef Filet Mignon with Truffle-Butter Sauce, and Neige Premiere Apple Ice Wine from Canada -

The beef filet and cheese soup from Canada were once again the hit of the Festival for me. I did enjoy the pricey lobster roll. The only real disappointment was with the Fisherman's Pie. It was just mashed potatoes on top of maybe 3 chunks of fish. Tasted OK, but the balance was off.

Overall, a really good, fun meal!

Thanks for mentioning the chicken gyro. I was looking forward to it, but I read elsewhere that it wasn't very good. Now I think I'll try it anyways. Did you try the chocolate creme brûlée in Mexico (I forget exactly what it's called-Abuelita?) If so, how was it?
Just another note on the chicken gyro. I had it last week & while the chicken & toppings were good, my pita was hard a as a rock. I might have just gotten a piece that had been sitting out too long though.
