MVMCP Dates?

Quick question....We just made our ressies for Dec 17-23. We got our tickets for MVMCP also but was surprised to find out that our arrival date (17th) was also the very last Christmas party. (Whew..that was a close one) I thought, in the past, that the Christmas parties went on until the end of the month past the 25th. Am I wrong or did they always end before Christmas?

I'm pretty sure it's always been that way, BUT I could be wrong.
