MK: Splash Mountain/ POTC
EPCOT: Eat @ Japan Pavillion/ Illuminations
DHS: Eat @ SciFi/ TOT
AK: Safari/ Eat @ Pizzafari
ThroughOut Resort: Visit the 3 Monorail Resorts/ Shop @ DTD/ Eat @ Chef Mickey's
(Obviously we do a lot of eating while we're there)

hmmmmmm....That is a good question!
MK- Totally have to have a Mickey Rice Krispy Treat!
HS- Fantasmic (which got rained out last year :(
Epcot- Soarin!
AK- None other than Expedition Everest
As for other Have to do's...I love to walk through all of the shops on Main Street! I love the smell and the feel of it all! Makes me cry every time.

HS- Fantasmic! Tower of Terror, Rock n' Rollercoaster
Epcot- Soarin'
AK- eh, nothing much but EE is okay

MK: BTMRR
Epcot: Le Cellier
DHS: TSMM
AK: Dislike (Sorry, folks!)
And, of course, DTD is a fav!

Magic Kingdom: All of the mountains, Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Peter Pan's Flight.

Epcot: Ellen's Energy Adventure and watching the Candy Lady in Japan.

Disney's Hollywood Studios: Fantasmic! and drawing a character at The Art of Animation.

Animal Kingdom: Expedition Everest, DINOSAUR, and Finding Nemo: The Musical.

General WDW: Downtown Disney and walking around the resort I'm staying!

We need time for things to happen.
Hard to pick just one so I'll give u a short list ( something that could be done in 2 days) to make my WDW complete
MK - the moutains, POTC & TTA
EP - TT soarin' & SE
DHS - ToT, RnR & ST
AK - EE & Jalepeno cheese stuffed pretzel
DTD - Wolfgang puck xpreess, the Earl of sandwich and Lego
Dinner at Ohana
A visit to either one of the water parks

and you could put a bow on it for me.

Magic Kingdom - POTC, splash and Columbia harbour house
Epcot - Mission Space, soarin and always start at Mexico at WS.
DHS - RnRC, TOT and a frozen fanta to drink while queuing for Star Tours.
Animal Kingdom - Kilimanjaro safari, EE, get wet on Kali river rapids and dry off with a meal at flame tree BBQ.
DTD - Rainforest Cafe.

This is a fun thread! Thanks for posting.

My Family's Top Five MUST DOs at MK:
1. Haunted Mansion (first ride we go on typically)
2. Breakfast at Cinderella's Table (a tradition of ours)
3. Peter Pan (first ride after breakfast)
4. Dole Pineapple Whip (we get it right before we go on the Jungle Cruise)
5. Turkey leg lunch (and then we have a big dinner later)

Fun but tough question:

MK - POTC with Splash close behind
EPCOT - Soarin
AK - tie between EE and KS
DHS - tie between RnRC and TOT
DTD - Fultons for dinner, Ghiradellis for dessert

MK: Haunted Mansion and Dole Whips!
EPCOT: Soarin followed by lunch at Sunshine Seasons
HS: TSMM
AK: Kali river rapids
DD: Wolfgang Pucks followed by Ghiradellis

Getting up at 6:30 heading down to the resort food court for coffee. This usually includes my sister.
People watching on MSUSA is also a must each trip. To watch the expressions on their faces as they walk down the street is priceless.

MK - Haunted Mansion, Splash Mountain, Jungle Cruise, Pirates, Space Mountain, Peter Pan

EPCOT - Spaceship Earth, The Land (all of it), Living Seas, Test Track and all of World Showcase

DHS - Tower of Terror, Aerosmith, Indiana Jones, Star Tours, Movie Ride

AK - Everest, Kali River, Dinosaur, Safari, and trying to take it all in.

DTD at least once.

And at any park I tend to allow myself to eat stuff I wouldn't ordinarily eat. It's a must...

No must do foods or resorts: my goal is to eat at every restaurant and stay at every resort!:D
