We tried Boma for the first time on our trip in May. While it took a bit of travel time from MK, it was well worth the trip. There were so many unique dishes to choose from. The meats were all perfectly tender, the soups were beyond delicious, and the African inspired dishes reminded me of our favorite Indian restaurant at home. The coconut rice was the best. The unique spices and flavors made other Disney buffets pale in comparison. My husband loved the bread pudding for dessert and I tried the zebra domes and several other desserts. I think you will love it if you don't mind slightly spicy food.
