Music on the buses!

We just left WDW after 4 glorious days! One thing that really adds to the whole ambience and excitement is the music on the buses from resort to park. Most buses (not all) had no music playing at all! The ones that did were such a joy! When we leave AK and that theme music is playing and as we near our resort the music changes over to that theme, it is so fantastic! I hope they get them all working again!!

My favorite is the Halloween Michael Myers theme going to Hollywood Studios.

It's not just the music...the announcer saying' "Welcome to the Walt Disney World transportation system...we're on our way to the Magic Kingdom!"...then the music starts...for us, other than the sign on Osceola Parkway announcing WDW, that bus announcement tells us we're at the happiest place on earth!

Pop pretty much plays a medly of classic songs & tv show themes...
Epcot's is the International Gateway loop
MK's is a Medley of the attractions
AK's is the Discovery Island Loop.

That sounds awesome, Pop buses have the best music !! I also get super pumped when I hear, NEXT STOP MAGIC KINGDOM!!

THIS is my favourite thing ever! And how they say "You'll be home soon" on the way back to your resort! I've told so many people about this and they all think I'm crazy for enjoying it so much.

It's the worst on your last day of your trip when the realization kicks in that your really going home..

There was the music for Mr. Toad's Wild Ride on the bus to MK. It was at first really pleasant until it hit me that Pooh replaced Mr. Toad. Boo.

Hearing the Harry Potter theme on the Hollywood Studios bus usually gets a laugh out of me, as does disco Star Wars on the Pop Century buses.
