Music from Epcot question

First time poster and I apologize if I am in the wrong spot.

I just recently got back from Disney World. Fantastic time, as always. However, there was a song playing when I was walking in Epcot between France, the UK, and Canada. It was sorta rock-ish with an accordion playing in it. I tried asking several cast members and while they knew what song I was talking about, they didn't know if I could buy it somewhere or what the name was.

Does anyone know the song I am talking about? If so, do you know the name? It has been stuck in my head for over a week!
