Mushroom dish at CP

Last year when I went to WDW with my family we had lunch at the CP and one of the dishes they served was a mushroom salad type dish. It was soooooooooo good....I couldnt eat enough of it. I probably could have gone the whole meal without eating anything else. Does anybody know what dish I am talking about and if so do they know any of the ingredients? Does Disney ever post or give out the ingredients of their food? We had a flank steak at the Brown Deby in MGM that was probably the best piece of meat I have eaten in my life. Not sure how it was prepped but it was awesome also. Just thought I might be able to recreate some of our favorite things to help stave off the longing to be there again

Email guest relations, I emailed them about the spoodles flatbreads and about 2 months later I got a personal responce from the head chef at spoodles with the recipe. Can never hurt to try

You might also get a subscription to Disney Magazine. They always have the resort recipies in it.

I have the magazine but havent seen this recipe yet. Never thought of emailing customer relations though.
