I was reading in the Muppet Wiki that the fire truck used at the end of MV3D used to be sitiuated around the corner from the attraction's exit. I guess they removed it for the Stage One Co. Store.

I was wondering if anyone had any pictures of this fire truck? It sounds like it was a nice little detail...

The fire engine was parked in the alley between the MV3D building and the store. (If you notice, the backdrop is also a recreation of the set wall with the gazebo "door" in the movie that Bean Bunny walks out through after Miss Piggy's number.)
At some point about 4-5 years ago, many of the decorative vehicles were removed from the Studios and never returned. There used to be a moving truck parked in the alley in front of the restrooms halfway down Sunset. It was also removed, but never returned.

I heard from a cast member friend when he was giving me a tour of the MuppetVision 3D building that they removed it due to traffic problems. They have gates there now (you can get through them if you don't want to walk all the way around, they don't close all the way) to keep people walking past Mama Melrose and the Christmas Store. They do open them on high attendance days to cut down on congestion in that walkway because its pretty small especially with Muppetvision dumping every 15-20 minutes. The truck was a little less movable.

I think I've seen these cars just sitting backstage once. Maybe they have been removed for traffic purposes. That's lame. I love old cars.

I remember it being there, added a lot to exiting the attraction IMO since it was continuing the theming that it actually did go into the building

Wow, I totally forgot about that fire truck being there! I miss all those old cars... anyone remember the "YO" truck that used to be outside Pizza Planet?

There was also a Nomad near the Hunchback Theatre. The Nomad was originally in the World of Motion. A couple other WoM cars (the Cadillac and the Pontiac) popped up on Woodpecker Lane last year. I don't know if they are still there or what they are doing with them.
