They could still announce it up until the beginning of 2025 for a summer debut, but I would have thought they would want to make a big deal of it, not just a blog post. Unless 2025 is not the plan at all?

How long could it take to plan/develop a parade? It sounds like whatever might be in play has been considered for a while. A parade - even a new one - should be able to be developed over the course of say a year or so.

How long did Paint The Night take to plan and develop? That may give us an idea, but of course there’s a lot of factors that could determine how long it will take.

Let’s just hope this new parade has a large budget!
