Mr. Toad at DL has one track, while the WDW version had two tracks. That's all I can think of right now.
So there isn't any real difference with the stories and the way things play out? thats what I was curious about. I have been on the DL ride, never been on the WDW ride.

There were 2 versions they both meet midway through and end up the same way..Hit by a train and straight into Hell!

Side A version Which goes through a gypsy camp

Side B Goes through Toad Hall

And just incase you want to know what the DL Version is like..

That's a fabulous article...and great video too!
I feel both sad and happy today after looking at them!

I love the line in the article...
"Mr. Toads Wild Ride was a few healthy steps past quirky"

Totally sums up why I loved that ride. And track A was always my favorite (I love me some gypsies) but track B was actually cooler than I remembered.

And article also helps me feel vindicated...as I could SWEAR there was a point right before the train, where it felt like the car bumped over the tracks!

This is another one of those "why" attractions for me. "Why" in the sense of not getting why they chose to close the WDW one (and leave the DL one open). I mean, I understand they did it to replace it with Pooh but to me, the WDW version was just so unique because of it's two tracks and the fact that the ride experience differed depending on which track you rode. I'm thrilled the DL one is still around so that maybe one day if I'm lucky I can take DS6 to experience it but I would've loved so much more for him to have had the two differing experiences. :)

WDW's version was superior. Frankly, I never ride Mr. Toad when out at DL. It's pretty boring with mostly 2D cut-outs. My opinion of coarse. I'm sure many love it.
