Are you saying you think they'll unveil DHS' tonight, too, or that we'll just have a video of DCA's by then? Any TSM news is good news!

Thanks for the heads up!! I'm so excited about this new attraction!!:sohappy:

Edit: I was thinking though....would they remove him from the parade?? because that means you have two Potato heads in the park... but I guess it says Boardwalk Barker that its a special addition of mr. potato head... just was thinking about that. Because they do this with certain characters when the parade is about to go on...they try and avoid having multiples...remember there is only one Mickey Mouse! :)

There's no way ours will be revealed before the ride due to it's location in the queue. DCA has a different configuration, so it's possible for them.

I think it's different for attractions though, another example that I can think of is when Brer Bear and Brer Rabbit were in the MVMCP, they didn't shut down Splash Mountain.

Yea, ours won't be seen until the ride opens. Today at DCA I heard three things were going to happen...

1: The boardwalk would reopen, with a smaller wall around TSM to let people look in.

2: Mr. Potato Head would be unveiled and start working.

3: The ride's shop will open.

From the photo it's safe to assume 1 and 2 happened. It looks like MouseTimes was having a meet today, so I'm sure tonight we'll have plenty of pictures and videos.

Very true... but if you think of it...they ride characters are not out in plain sight in the main view of the guest...unlike this is out in the open.....which I'm wondering what they will do when it rains... they probably have some time of wall to go up to project it.

For example they have the Jack Sparrow training infront of pirates...they get in line for the ride...and then all the sudden he's on the ride!! :) and by the time you get out the training show is gone...

But I Understand what you mean :D

Their Mr.Potato Head is under a gazebo-type structure, so it won't get wet. Ours will be totally indoors.

Thats what I thought...but I thought in the discription in Time Magazine they said that it would be outside to draw people into the ride...and get their attention. So I only assumed that it would be outside...Thanks for the correct:animwink:

1 and 2 did happen, number 3....well not so much. The store is not done yet and unless they busted rear over night it was not going to open today. I will be there tomorrow to see for sure.

I don't know if the walls are half down around the ride or not, but seems that a "Doug" and a "Lee" got some sort of a sneek peek...take a look at how close THIS picture is...

I'm very confused as to what's happening out there.

Ours follows a slightly different stroyline than California's. The rides are identical, but remember for Cali, you are already at a Midway, but here, we're going to have to connect that gap to bring you to a midway. Therefore, Potato will be in a different spot.
