Movie night menu ideas

Hey everyone,

I'm having a Disney themed dinner and movie night, and the first one we're doing is Monster's Inc. We're going to be doing an appetizer, main course, dessert, and a cocktail. I've got the dessert and the cocktail down, but am having the hardest time thinking of something MI related for the appetizer and main course. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure, what I'd do.

But you could always go with Asian related items. Since HarryHausens seems to be the biggest and best restaurant in Monstropolis. It also plays a vital part in the movie and DCA attraction's storylines.
