Somerset? I live right over there, decent mall, but the valet parking thing is out of hand. The cajun place in the food court has some decent food every once in awhile though.

The valet parking... you mean as far as how many spaces they've taken to use for valet? I'd agree... I never see cars in them either. Ah well. And if I'm driving all the way up there, it's PF Chang's for me. (I'm only up there every couple of months or so, lol)
