What is the most expensive thing you've seen up for sale in the parks?

The highest I've seen is the crystal castle in the shop on Main Street, going for a cool $25,000. Second place is the original of this Ray Day painting of Cinderella Castle for $24,000.

I thought some of the art work I saw was expensive @ a couple thousand. I guess I stick to the old addage of "If I can't afford it, I don't even ask the price!"

The Art of Disney store has plenty of masterpieces for sale which are easily over $25,000. I know the store right inside the gates to MGM on the left has a lot of movie memorabilia including props and signed posters and clothing if I remember right. I saw one time the Terminator head which was many thousands of dollars. I wish I knew the exact price of what they were asking but I will try to find some really expensive items when I am there soon. Also I don't know if this counts or not, but since there is the Disney-MGM studios, MGM the company is for sale for $7 billion dollars, anyone interested?!?

years ago i was checking out a watch in mgm i believe and i reall like the band to the shop guy took out the watch for me, let me put it on and then i saw the price was about 5,000. The guy saw i was only like 19 at the time and he knew i could never afford it but he was cool enough to let me try it on. That was one of this disney expieriences that i will never really forget.

Or is it, "If you have to ask the price, you probably can't afford it?" j/k!

Do you think Disney has special rooms inside World of Disney for their "special customers" with deep pockets? Felt walls, etc that you have to make an appointment to get in. :lookaroun

Yeah, that's how it goes but I was putting a spin on it to make it a personal statement as opposed to something someone says to you!

I would really like a print of the Thomas Kincade painting of Sleeping Beauty, Castle. I am not sure when that will come out though.

Not the most expensive, but least value for your $$$ is those pieces of wood, that has a picture of the castle on it, or the Grand Floridian. Cheap looking and over $20. For the life of me, I can't imagine anyone buying those things.
