I'm going to put in a vote for Narcoossee's. Nice view across the water to MK and the Contemporary, good view of Wishes and good food.

Something from out of the left field. Forget your standard fancy-pants signature restaurant. I believe Restaurant Marrakesh is the most beautiful on property. And the food is heavenly.
