Morimoto Asia - weekend reservations?

Hi! I will be in WDW mid October and am trying to book a weekend reservation on Open Table for Morimoto Asia. Could it be that there aren't any Friday or Saturday night reservations available for a 2 week period? Seems a little strange, especially since every other night has availability. I am going to try to call the restaurant, but just wondering if anyone has had any luck booking for a weekend online...thanks in advance!

Very possible I booked ours 2 weeks ago 9/16 on OT (first day you could book through them) for third week of Oct on a Friday night 10/22 for 10:30pm or 10:45pm (can't remember offhand). It will be probably pretty busy especially on weekends the first few months due to locals wanting to go too. Chef Morimoto himself is very popular and there is only a handful of his restaurants across the US. And like mentioned people have been able to book on OT since 9/16 so they have been booking for several weeks now. Just keep trying.

I think that I saw on their Facebook almost all of their October reservations are booked but to call the restaurant directly in case of possible cancellations.

Just checked open table & there's availability for 10/10, 10/17, & 10/24.

Thanks for the replies @sxeensweet @shipley731 @TaleAsOldAsTimeBB - so I was able to get a reservation via my Open Table on my phone for 10/16 and there were a few times available for that night. But when I go on via a PC, there is still nothing available. So if anyone is trying for a ressie, maybe try via your phone...

Hmm anyone trying via pc try clearing out your cookies on there it might be preventing it from properly refreshing available times.
