Does anyone know if Monsters Cafe is open full time during the summer? I'm heading down next week to Universal and when I went last year in May it wasn't open.

It can be tricky to say but since you are going in the busy summer season I would put some faith in it being open. The crowds have been up and it was open last I was there.
