I'm sorry, but it's funny to me when I have little sleep.
Sorry - you have your dates back to front over there and my subconscious must have changed it to convenience store.

Do they go down often? Does anyone know if anyone was on board when it happened? (lol dumb question I'm sure. aren't they almost always occupied?) What happens if one goes down when there are people on board??

If a train goes down in the middle of the run and nowhere near a station, they'll send the service tractor out to hook-up and tow it into a station to let guests off...

Otherwise, they close the line down (stop all trains on that line) and direct all foot traffic to the opposite track (ie: hotel monorail)

If a major accident occurs and the train cannot be towed, they'll send out Reedy Creek F.D. with the 'special' firetruck for guest retrieval. (extremely rare)

I know there is a tour available to CMs they do once in a while. They take you back where they store and perform maintenance on the monorails, behind the MK.
