I'm pretty sure it does, Thats what makes me wonder about Test Track, Cause they have the Heating Chambers, and the robots, and then u have the truck that almost "hits" u..... or more like u hit it almost...

And not to mention if they still have it running the Car that slams into the wall when your fixing to go to the wall test..

If not, im sure that CTE "Dinosaur" costs alot more than i hear it to be sometimes... I'm sure those cars, and gadgets and the Animatronic Figures costed quite a bit of bucks! Ca~Ching $$$

Maybe. I know that Jurassic Park at Universal Hollywood cost well over $100 million because of the animatronics used there.

your right about one thing, $200million for an attraction is way too much... But didn't Spiderman cost around 200million or 150million... I would still think of Test Track or Dinosaur to be more than that cause of the animatronic stuff. Escpecially on Test Track, For all the cars, and tires, and re-wiring and divisions they use on that. That must take up alot of power, and stuff to run those things.... I wonder how much the vehicles on TT costs themselves...

Yeah, I remember that ride, too. There were some big T-Rex's there. Funny, the final drop sequence of the Jurrasic Park boat ride is almost exactly like the final one on Dinosaur: There is a big T-Rex about to get you.

Test Track the most ewxpensive ride on Disney property! What a waste I much prefer most of the cheaper ones such as RNR'C.

It doesn't matter what u prefer, I agree that i also like the smaller costing $20million rides but... It doesn't matter on what we like better, Its just the price, Test Track is a great ride, and i can see where all that money comes in from... The Cars, The Ride System, the "theming" the robots, and animatronic figuration, TV's, It was definately a very expensive ride attraction but the Sponsorship also helped in, in that area.

Don't think of it as money wasted, think of it as an investment. They learned so much from TT. TT is probably the most sophisticated attraction to date. It will only allow them to produce more superior attractions.

The Matterhorn was extremely expensive for it's time. But it was cutting edge. No one had ever made such an attaction. But look at all the rides that followed using similar ride systems. SM, BTMRR, RNR'C, Even PW is "basically" a tubular steel coaster.
