Moments where doing a character meet and greet would make you blush...

I had this experience during MVMCP on 12/16/2016 (this was my and a friend of mine's first time doing MVMCP) while meeting Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps. What happened was once Nick had hugged me (and by the way, he is a great hugger), and went over to Judy and she too hugged me. She had both her paws on the top of my back when she hugged me though. Not only that, but she kissed me as well!

I even complimented her, and asked her "Oh, and how's Clawhauser doing?!" I never knew that fur characters could GASP, by the way! I also took a selfie with them, and I was having a few issues try to get my phone set up (I accidentally hit the home button, when I was in the camera and accidentally opened FB!) Nick's reaction was hilarious for sure! I did manage to take TWO selfies, with both in the background right up close!

Their character attendant was so polite to actually shot a photo from my phone, in addition to the PhotoPass photographer doing it!
Amazing first experience for me meeting these two, other than during MISIDPI! However, this whole experience left me blushing (red in the face, grinning, a bit giggly, and humming the song "Attitude of Gratitude" from SpongeBob SquarePants) for the REST of the party! Felt like I faced my own fears doing this (I had masklophobia)!

So I am wondering if anyone has ever had a moment or experience where a character meet and greet has made you blush after doing it, particularly after a character kissed you or did something special?

When I meet Marie during my Senior Trip at Main Street USA in 2015. I remember telling her that I was looking everywhere for her. After she signed my autograph, she slowly backed away for me (It appeared that she was flirting with me) then gave me a few big hugs.

Didn't blush, thought it was more weird than anything but at the Epcot Character Spot I had Minnie practically launch herself at me and then put her arms around mine pretty tight and wouldn't let go and kept making this weird 'kissing' noise, not sure how but she did and then the funniest part was at the end when we said thank you to her and she said 'You're welcome' haha, not sure if it was an accidental slip or she just didn't care about the no speaking rule. The one only time I have had that happen. But she was great, unlike the Goofy in that same set who was pretty rude, not sure what his problem was.

We made Rapunzle blush:)
We were at her old meet and greet location by the castle nearest to the tea cups. My then 3yo daughter just loved 'punzie and could not wait to meet her. As soon as we saw her my daughter took off and hugged her. Then my sassy little girl took a step back and lifted her custom Rapunzle dress over her head and and said as proud as can be, "your on my panties!" My Hubs and I laughter while rushing to pull her skirt down. The CM accompaning was laughing so hard tears came out of her eyes. Rapunzle giggles a few times, took a breath and gained her composure. She then said "wow, Don't show anyone else, it will be our secret." As we were taking pictures and saying good bye she told us that our little girl was precious and that we had our hands full.
Pretty sure we made Rapunzle blush that day:)

Well, I already talked about in another post how Disneyland's Mary Poppins shamed me and left me with a feeling of embarrassment that overshadowed all the good things on my vacation. At WDW, I also had another embarrassing situation with Tinker Bell. She asked me where I was from, and I said, "Right here in Orlando." She seemed angry, and reminded me sharply that we were in Pixie Hollow, not Orlando! Another fairy--I forget her name, but she was supposed to be one of the meaner fairies, but in this case she was not, was much nicer to me, probably realizing how embarrassed I was. Another case where I was embarrassed is at the Pirate and Princess special event. I had brought my mother's camera and wasn't sure how it worked. I met Pocahontas WITH John Smith, which I was thrilled about, since I don't like to think of her without him, especially her with that John Rolfe guy (boo, hiss, history be damned). But the character handler couldn't figure out my mother's camera, either. He was so flustered he ended up handing the camera to John Smith. To stay in character as best as he could, John Smith said something about, "Well, having learned stuff with all my travels around the world..." Eventually, he got the camera to work right, and handed it back to the handler. I was glad to get the photo, but was ashamed thinking how they must have felt about me not being able to get "my" own camera to work.

Peter Pan was snippy with my young granddaughter when she said she did not want to have her picture taken. He had his characters stance with hands on hips and kind of said " I bet you wouldn't say that to Tink" and took off as I was starting to think "jerk" but then realized he was just being Peter Pan. It kinda caught me off guard for a second and I will always think of this whenever I see him in the parks.

years ago as a mid-teen my parents and i went to the halloween party and waited in line to meet jack sparrow. i loved the movies a ton so i was excited, and i get a bit flustered as it is with face characters to begin with (i'm a shy and socially awkward person in general, a lot better now as an adult than i was in high school tho). as i was trying to hold back my excitement and talking with jack, my mom suddenly shouts, "give her a kiss, jack!"

i blushed because i'm gay (wasn't out at the time though). jack blushed because this woman's telling him to kiss a teenager. he wound up kissing me awkwardly on the cheek. he was a real cool dude though.

Yep,

When I met Cinderella with my then 6 y/o oldest daughter and she ratted me out. She gets right up to Cinderella, and says "Sometimes my dad calls you Cinder-Smella or Stinkerella, but I tell him not to"

I got a real nasty look from Cinderella that day. I really had no come back.

Boy, I really need to consider a M&G next time I go. I don't know WHY I feel so uncomfortable around fur (and sometimes face) characters... Maybe I have a phobia of them? I just.. It makes me so uncomfortable yet I REALLY want to do meet and greets and I can never muster up the courage to go up since my wierd phobia kinda takes over. Idk what happened to make me feel this way about these characters, but thebonly way to face it is by a meet and greet. Hopefully I can pull up the courage to do it. Oh, and to answer your question, yes I have been left blushing, but rather a uncomfortable and embarrased blush rather than a happy blush. I hope I can get over this dumb phobia somehow, and idk what provoked it because I loved face characters as a kid and never really had any bad life changing.experiences with fur characters, so I have no reason for.my unreasonable phobia.

Omg that sounds horrible XD I would honestly be dead right then and there. Knowing how awkward I used to be, I might have just literally run away. Lol
