Mobile Ordering and DDP?

I’ve searched and didn’t see the answer I needed...With the mobile ordering, I’ve seen you can use your dining plan. When ordering, does it prompt or show you what you can get that is covered, or do you guess and if you have to pay, you’ve done it wrong? All of the tutorials I’ve seen are old and don’t count the dining plan.

Thank you!

I just went into the app and selected the mobile order option, and the menus do have the phrase “qualifies as snack” written under those menu items that are snacks. As for meals at a counter serve location, its one meal and drink, they don’t indicate that. If its not a counter serve restaurant, don’t assume the entres will qualify for a meal.

After you add everything to your cart and then hit continue or something. It will then say its applying the ddp to it. Then it gives you a screen where it tells you what was covered under the DDP and then the prices for things that are not. You can then remove those items. Then you hit pay or whatever. I just went the first week of September and first time using mobile order with DDP. Mobile order actually made DDP easier to do. Plus no awkward exchanges with a CM while they go over DDP for the millionth time. It works quite well.
