MNSSHP...YES!.. This Time Though....Halloween Nite!!!!!!

Been to MNSSHP few times but this year gonna be there on Halloween night. I know the shows are sme whether it be Septmember or Halloween Night but for anyone who has been there That night it has to be special, right?

No they only sell the allowed amount of tickets for the event just like any other night of the parties. I went this past Halloween on 10/31 and it is not overly crowded. And the event was indeed sold out. They do not sell so many tickets to where the park is at capacity because it would be miserable for those that attend. Very enjoyable and not too crowded! OP will love it!

Cool, hope so. I see the entire last week of October is sold out already! I find it hard to believe if Disney can make more money that they won't let more people in.

I personally disagree. I went to a sold out party 3 years ago and it was miserably crowded.

We go to MNSSHP and MVMCP and have been on many sold out nights and it is not too crowded ever! Last year like mentioned we went to 10/31 MNSSHP (sold out) , and we went to the first MVMCP on 11/7 (sold out) and had no issues with huge crowds. In fact most rides as usual were very little waits , and lining up for the parades and fireworks were not difficult to find a decent spot even 10 minutes prior. We are not people that get a spot an hour early and wait. We politely find a spot (not in front of ones waiting all that time ever! That is so rude.) within minutes of the events no problem. Always is even easier than on non party nights. Those are a lot more packed than any parties we have ever been too. That is why we never mind paying to go to the parties because we get to enjoy the parks more with smaller crowds and lines.
Now if you are going to want to do meet and greets with party characters those
Will be very long lines. That is normal even for parties that are not sold out. So line up early for tnose if that is important to you. No guarantee you will not find it very crowded but I really think you will be okay. Hope you have a wonderful time!!

It was not miserably crowded at the 2 sold out parties I went to this past year And years prior. Sorry you had that experience but personally me and DH never have felt it was overcrowded as to why we do not mind spending the extra money to go to the MNSSHP and MVMCP.

Perhaps you have a higher crowd tolerance level than I do. I've been to Disney over Christmas week so believe me, I know what crowded looks and feels like. The night we went it was awful. Wall to wall people. No spots for the parades or fireworks and the candy lines were insane. Maybe they've cut down the amount of tickets per party, I don't know. But I also know I'm not the only one who thinks these parties can get mobbed. There are threads on the other forum on this very subject.

How crowed a sold out party feels has varied for me. In 2013 we went to the last MNSSHP and the first MVMCP. They were both sold out. MNSSHP felt fine, where as the MVMCP felt miserably crowded.

Again sorry you had that experience and anyone else who did but just going off of my personal experiences and others I know as well and it's always been good experiences. We always go
At slower periods of the year from Oct - Dec to not deal with large crowds. The parties may have a lot of people but nothing that was ever miserable for us and my DH does not like large crowds!! Lol They are not too large to where he is miserable in our experiences. Like you mentioned everyone is different and they very well could have started to limit how many tickets are sold in the last several years. Just was giving out personal experiences as recent as 2014.

Just as any subject you can always find either sides of opinions good or bad on any particular subject if you look for them. We all have had different experiences at one point or another. Mine personally have all been positive (as some others ) at sold out parties and some people not so positive.
