MNSSHP Questions

Hey guys. I tried to avoid posting another thread about MNSSHP but my questions didn't get answered on the other thread.

I'm heading to the party on 10.21 with a group of 6 adults and I have the following questions:

1) how early can we get into MK with our NSSHP tickets? 2 of us have APs but the others don't. I thought I had heard that we can get in as early as 5pm but I haven't been able to get that confirmed yet.

2) do adults need to dress up in order to participate in the "trick or treating"? I've never been to the party and half of the people going with us are not really Disney fans> I convinced them to attend this instead of HOS at Busch Gardens and one of my big selling points was the candy...

thanks for your help guys!

It's going to be rough with a 2 yr old at 7:30p because by the time you get out of the restaurant you will have already missed the early parade which is at 8:15 and seeing the next one isn't until 11p, I'm sure you will not stay until then.

When we went with my 3 yr nephew, we had dinner at CP at 5:10, but weren't seated until 5:35p after checking in at 4:45p. We were finished by 6:30p, so we had a 1/2 to go on some rides and then at 7p we were able to start right in on trick or treating which ended up being a good thing as we were their on 9/14 when it rained, so at least he was able to get some candy as he was looking so forward to it.

I was afraid of that. It's the earliest time (and only time all week) I can get reservations in the castle. I guess I can keep trying. It's her 3rd birthday and it's her first time at WDW. My plan was to get a long nap in then go to MK at 5pm. I'm hoping she will last at least until 11pm.

All she talks about is "Cinderella" and "Castle" so she will be THRILLED when she gets to visit Cinderella for the first time in the castle for her bday. I guess I'll keep calling and praying that I can get earlier reservations. Thanks for your help!
