Going with 3 kids, staying at AoA.
My only time to do HS is the morning of MNSSHP. So my plan is as follows:
10:30 Disney Jr show
11-12pm Toy Story Mania FP
Leave to go to resort to rest
4pm CRT dinner
Enjoy MNSSHP

How is this plan? Too much for 3 kids?

Thanks!

Depends on the age of the kids. By the fact that you're doing a Disney Jr. Show I'm inclined to suspect that the kids are fairly young. So a lot of it will depend on the kids and much rest they need. You'll have a much better idea of what they are like than anyone else... But remember to take into account the fact that kids get excited when they go to Disney do they don't always sleep as much when they first get there... but they still need sleep and will often end up doing things like getting up early and then crashing sometime in the early evening... lots depends on how many days they have already been there as to when they start crashing.

Other thing to consider is you are scheduling a 11-12 Toy Story ride... assume you get the ride done by 11:30... you'll need to feed them something somewhere so assume you get something in the park you've now gotten somewhere around 12:15 and ready to go to the hotel.. It will chew up maybe 45 minutes to an hour getting back so you're now at about 1:00pm... You nee to start getting ready to go back to the park at maybe 2:30 (30 minutes to get ready give yourself and hour to get to the castle)... So you have an hour and a half for rest at the hotel... Is that enough? You know your kids and whether they can get a nap done in that time just factor in little excitement anxiety that will cause them to take longer to get to sleep.

I honestly doubt that you are going to make it with 3 small kids until the park close if you start the day as early as you are. I know when my kids were younger we tried to do very long days and the end result was usually them crashing and pretty much being dead to the world until late in the morning the next day.... Which is something else to keep in mind if you are still going to go full Bataan death march for a full day - try to get them to bed early the day before and don't keep them up late or they will never make it.

Do you have any other days at the MK? If not, then maybe you don't want to cut into your MK hours with the ADR at CRT. (You can enter the MK at 4pm with your MNSSHP tickets even though the party doesn't officially start until 7pm. We brought our costumes and left them in a locker and charnged closer to party time.) Plus, as @thomas998 said, you will have to feed the kids after TSM which will be very close to your seating at CRT. I'd reconsider CRT on that day unless it's a must-do and you can't get it on another day.

We went when mine were young. We wanted to go on the Riverboat and hear stories. They had someone there then I don't know if they still do. My youngest fell asleep. We have a picture of him with Chip and Dale who were kind enough to come over and stand next to him while he slept. But this was before 10:00 and we decided to cut our evening short.

Yeah, the story tellers have been gone for some time - they were great
