MNSSHP filtering?

Last year we went to 2 MVMCP parties. On December 8th, the place was PACKED and not a single Disney employee was doing anything about the non-hard ticket holders. Then on the 11th it was much less crowded even though it was sold out and the 8th wasn't. It was bad enough that we considered not going back, ever.

MNSSHP is much better and I don't remember having a single problem in 2008 when we did it. We'll be doing 2 of them again this year so we'll see what happens.

I've been to many party nights over the years. But I do remember one party night that we didn't have tickets for and while we were leaving around 7:00 I wanted to buy something at the Emporium and they wouldn't even let us in the store without a wristband. They had all the entrances manned by cast members checking wristbands. I actually thought it was great because that makes the party nights much more enjoyable with less people.

Do you still have to hurry to find a spot for the parade and fireworks like you do on any other given night, or is the crowd small enough that everyone gets to see and relax. going on a week night hope that helps the crowd situation

You will still want to get your spot for the parade and fireworks fairly early....about 1/2 hour or more. While there are fewer people in the park about 90%-95% are there to see the fireworks and the parade.

I know. Thus the :animwink: in my post. Probably should have used the static version ;) instead, it's easy to miss that the animated one is actually winking.

Oops, I realized now that I misread your post a little! ;)

I was about to leave the house when I quickly replied, picking up on the word Nightastic and thinking of both the parade and fireworks. But I see now that you specifically mentioned just the fireworks!

That's a good one, because yes, they can't completely filter for those as far as seeing them from outside the park. In fact, you can get an awesome view of the upcharge fireworks from the Poly and TTC boat docks, and in my experience they usually have the audio for the show at these locations, as well!

That was my other question, how early should I arrive for parade and what not. Thanks everyone for the help.
