What time will they let in guests for the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party?

They'll let you in starting around 3:45 pm.

We went on 9/27 and got in at 4p! Enjoy!!

Thanks for the info. I knew it was earlier than the listed time but I couldn't remember from our last party.

Same question but for non party goers. I'm an AP holder and will be arriving the day of a party - up to what time can I enter the park with out a MSSHP ticket?

I would think you can enter at any time before 7pm, the official closing time for regular park hours. If you're in the park after 7pm, CMs will check to make sure you have a party band on your wrist. If not, you'll need to leave.
