Are you looking for anything in particular? I usually spend several months a year designing and making my Halloween costume each year so if I can help let me know.MSTINKHERBELL01 said:I've been looking for a costume to wear ..so far...no luck . I'm looking on Ebay (lots of costumes there).

Those should be pretty easy to do. You best be would be to take a look at some of your local thrift stores. You should be able to piece something together for either costume from what you find in them. You will then have a completely unique costume that won't cost much and will look great.MSTINKHERBELL01 said:How sweet of you! I really dont know what I want to dress up as....I do know that I dont want to be a DISNEY character. I thought about a cowgirl or a Hippy.....something simple!:animwink:

Sewing in one of those skills that I just can’t get. I can run 3 15 head embroidery machines simultaneously, but ask me to sew on a button and I am a . Fortunately I have a mom and a wife that can sew quite well. They both came in real handy making my Jack Sparrow costume.Erika said:If you sew at all, the sky's the limit. I couldn't have done it on my own, but my mom walked me through my first sewing project ever- using a wedding dress pattern to make Princess Aurora's blue gown. Other than using blue instead of white material all it needed were the points around the waist and the high collar, both easily created, even for me. I got creative with the sleeves too, why not, make them sheer instead of solid, let's have fun.
