MNSSHP and EMH

I've read where it doesn't really payoff to go to the EMH parks at night because they tend to be really crowded. I was wondering how this compares to nights where MK is having MNSSHP and say Animal Kingdom is having EMH? We are doing Mk and MGM on their respective EMH nights. But, I'm trying to decide if EPCOT and AK is worth doing on their EMH nights. While we are down, MK will be having MNSSHP on a Friday and AK will be having EMH on the same night. What do you think? Is AK worth doing at night? Do you see any animals on the safari's? Is Everest running?(it's not on my list of attractions open for PM EMH)
