I will be going to MNSSHP this Thursday. I'm just wondering what kind of candy have they given out in the past? Any help will be appreciated.
My flight leaves in 4 days, 16 hours & 3 minutes.

A nice assortment this year, better than last year's in my opinion. Necco wafers, snickers, hershey's candy bars, tootsie rolls, laughy taffy, gel hot dogs and burgers, smarties, honey somethings, baby ruth, 3 musketeers, twix, kitcat, hot tamalies, and some others I can't remember.

We got dum dum lollipops, reese's (both mini's and some bigger ones), kit-kats, snickers (a LOT of snickers...they give you handfuls on the way out), milky ways, starburst, raisinets, raisins :lookaroun, almond joys, 3 musketeers, twix, etc. You shouldn't be disappointed

Have a great time! :D

It's all the same kind of stuff you can get at any dime store. It's fun to wait in one or two lines to say you "trick or treated" in the MK, but it's not worth more than a few minutes of valuable party time, IMHO.

 We went through all but one or two of the lines. We still enjoyed most of the rides we wanted to enjoy, and we got to see the fireworks, parade, and villains mix and mingle. Best part of the candy is you give away what you don't like on Halloween :lookaroun

That's exactly what my mom & I were planning on doing with the stuff we don't like.
Thansk for everyone's answers.
My flight leaves in 3 days, 19 hours, & 14 minutes.

I really enjoyed the party and got a ton of candy! Make sure you get a chance to watch the parades as well. If you just want to get candy, I'd stick to the toontown area. There is a walkway with the Alice in Wonderland characters where you get some candy about every 50 feet or so.

We are also going this Thursday. Do we have to bring our own trick or treat bags or are there some provided?
They are provided at the entrance, and even in a lot of the trick or treat trails if you don't have any...until they run out of course.

so there IS plenty of time to enjoy rides and attractions :lookaroun

back to the poster question. Make sure you stop at the "snickers stop" (nothing but Snickers :slurp: ) in front of the entrance as you leave for the evening

You're soooo predictable. It was just a matter of time before you came in here :p

Long time visitor, first time MNSSHP party goer!

Okay let's say you are not going with kids? Do the adults trick or treat? Is that frowned upon? Also, do most people wear costumes? Adults too? Do you wear them all day or change into them at 7?:king:

Trick-or-treating AND dressing up are encouraged for everyone. Not just kids. So have a great time and you'll notice that you'll stand out if you do NOT dress up
