If find WDW dining options (from a steak perspective) to be overrun with 'filets'.
Somehow a place is judged on if it has a filet or not. While it is tender, it also lacks a lot of flavor.
I prefer a strip or a T-bone (which of course has a 'filet' in it), but what I would really like to see is are some skirt steaks, or a hanger steak.
Leave off the sauce, just some salt and pepper, and maybe mount it with some butter at the end. I like to TASTE the steak, not have a tender mouthfull of sauce.
