Hey everyone! I spent the morning over at MK getting some pictures of the Castle and Astro Orbiter. I am in the process of uploading the pictures so that I can link them here, so that's going to take a few minutes, but as soon as I have them all online, I will get them to you here. One good piece of news though: On my way back, my wife and I got on the monorail and a few non-costumed CMs boarded. We started talking to them and found out that they are with the group of Engineers that helps make sure the attractions are running smoothly and if something goes wrong they fix it or get the parts. I asked them about the AO planets and they stated it would be a couple of months before they were back up(presumably this would be to make sure they are up for the start of the 50th Celebration). I then asked them "Will the planets be spinning?" The response I got was one of them turning to the other saying "See? He noticed they weren't spinning." He then turned to me and said "Yes, they will be spinning once again." Since this was one of the Engineers, I have to think he would know what he is talking about. If they are correct, then I am very happy about this. If not, then they are pulling a guests leg, which is very annoying.

I'll dial 91, then when there's evidence posted that they're spinning, I'll dial 1... Grizz is going to have a heart attack if/when it happens.

Bring on the pictures!!

Okay, all the images are now loaded to my WDWMagic Photo Album, so I will get underway with the posting of images:

Here you can see that they have added the Cheshire Cat as well as a teapot and Mad Hatter's Hat to where the White Rabbit is:

I also got a couple of shots of Timon, Pumbaa and Simba as well as Flounder and Sebastian:

Now for three shots of Astro Orbiter:

As you can see, the planets aren't there, but hopefully what the Engineers said is true:

A second and third image show that Astro Orbiter is up and running, and guests are having their fun on it:

Okay, that's all I have for today. I didn't spend long there because I had some other things to do today, but I wanted to make sure I got those pictures. And, as always, any pictures Grizz wants to use for purposes of reporting, feel free to. I'm more than happy to get them.

EDIT: Oh, and I just talked to my wife. I couldn't remember the exact title that the CMs gave me. They were called "Sustaining Engineers."

The page isnt working for me. :( Anyone else having trouble?

Not working for me either but it is because our web filter here at work is preventing me from going to the site where the pics are posted .. bummer :hammer:

I can't open them either. It's telling me that it can't find the server, so I don't know what's going on there. Definitly something on your end though (possibly the sites problem?) not my computer disallowing them.

Okay, the castle pics have been added to my WDWMagic Photo Album. I have changed those links and will take care of the Astro Orbiter ones soon. I have to go run and get my kids from school. I'll be back shortly and fix the AO ones.
