So, I saw the thread started on Monday re: Contemporary 14th floor refurb beginning in Jan 2013. And I also seemed to recall a thread (which I dug around and finally found) from tikiman re: refurbs at Poly beginning in Jan 2013. I'm not entirely sure of the timeline, but I would venture a guess that the GF DVC will also still be in the process of being constructed in Jan 2013.
Is it odd that all three MK resorts will be in the throes of construction or refurb throughout the first few months (minimum) of 2013? Again, I don't know the timeline for GF DVC. But Cali Grill (and 14th floor of CR) will be refurb'd "between January and the summer of 2013." And according to tikiman "[t]hey are scheduled to finish the new rooms and the lounge in Hawaii by the begining of March 2013." I believe after the Hawaii longhouse is complete, refurbs will be done to other longhouses.
