MK closing @ 6:30 Jan 25th...know why?

Anyone know for sure why the MK park is closing so early Jan 25th at 6:30? THANKS!:animwink:

I would guess its for the Pirate and Princess party.

Or is that one of the press event dates for Laugh Floor Favctory. That could be the reason too.

Maybe it is the media unveiling of the Cinderella Castle Suite.....I have been wondering about that....probably best to leave a bit early...:animwink:

That is my guess too. I know when we were there a just a few weeks ago I remember that dates for it was later in the month. I am pretty sure that was one of them. I was a little disapointed we missed it. They will be having one in March when we will be there, but this trip is me and Mr.PhD only so the girls will miss out too. :brick:

Disney are holding some press-only events in late January to officially open some recent attractions, and to make some announcements for new projects. Remember, these are for invited press only. If you are in the parks during these days, check the operating hours, as they are sometimes modified to accommodate the events.
The event will kick off on Wednesday January 24th 2007 with the premiere event for Finding Nemo - The Musical. Later that evening, The Living Seas with Nemo and Friends will have it's grand opening event.
Thursday 25th January 2007 will see the events move over to the Magic Kingdom, where the media will get a first look at The Laugh Floor Comedy Club and the Cinderella Castle Suite.
Friday January 26th 2007 will see some future project announcements.

Thanks guys...good to know whats up with that for sure....of course IF I get tapped to stay in the suite that day I could be part of the media frenzy....:lol: My boys already told me I would be staying there alone....too 'pink' for them....:lookaroun
