I knew a dog named Caesar too!
He was a gorgeous German Shepherd and belonged to a neighbor. He hated everyone but loved me. When I came to visit, he'd sit on my feet so I couldn't leave. :lookaroun
Anyway. . .my point. . .Caesar = dog.

Marc's grandparents' dog was a Caesar too. He was a Bassett Hound, and he's ledgendary in the family. Smartest dog EVER if you believe the stories...
I reminded Marc about the fact that we're not naming our kid after a Bassett Hound, but he didn't care.

My mother had a beagle named Mandy which was a big reason why DD was not named Amanda....DH really liked the name, but I couldn't bear to thinkof how she would feel if she thought she was named after a dog...

The more you talk about Marc the more I like him... I think him and I would get along great!
Allie says she would never want a dog... well; sadly she has to choose either to live the dream life with me and deal with a dog; or send her life down the drain by choosing a cat...
other such arguments I always win as well :animwink:
