Love the Rings trilogy... SUCH good movies. And no, I'm not an Orlando Bloom fan. :hurl:

It's from one of my favorite authors - Erma Bombeck -and it's from a longer piece called "If I had my life to live over" It makes you think...

I don't mind Orlando Bloom, or Viggo Mortensen, either...they do a fairly good job in the films. Got to go to a traveling exhibition of Rings props, costumes, etc a couple of years ago in Indianapolis - it was really fun. My DH and DD did this cool picture thing with forced perspective, so DH was 'human' size and DD was 'hobbit' size - it looked like they were on Gandalf's cart!

That's whats the hardest, not knowing whats wrong. It'll be easier when she starts talking. Now Kayden will come to me and tell me exactly what hurts. One day she had a headache in her leg!
I know...I wish she could tell me,

LOL..thats so cute..My nephew once told me..his belly was hurting so bad...he thought the baby was kicking him.....:)..His mother was pregnant:lol:

You all are fortunate there...Joel can't tell me when he has hurts, although he reacts to pain better than he used to - but I still have to rely on body language and make a semi-educated guess.

I think that's going to be the hardest thing... not being able to communicate. But that only lasts for a few years...

I don't *mind* him, it's just tough to be a girl and say you like the films... everyone's always "Ooooo! You just like Orlando!" Drives me crazy.
yes...you are correct! Not helping!!!
Hee. We'll win you over sooner or later!

Yeah that was a Doozy, I also missed the "first" Mothers Day, the one before kayden was born..... NOT GOOD! I DID sleep on the couch that night, and the next, and the next, and the next. She still brings it up every Mothers Day... Bunny, YOU ARE A MOTHER RIGHT NOW! Tell Marc to get that straight

I dated a guy in college for a couple months and he gave me a "Future Mother of his Children" Mother's Day card... :lookaroun Scary, huh?

I'm the same way Steph.

And I don't like needles...but I'm sure as hell getting an epidural anyway...I'll just be petrified to do it.

That's funny...I always say I'm allergic to needles. Actually, I say that for anything I don't like.

Yeah. It's strange the first time or so... then you get used to the idea that we're all part of your subconsious...
