At the time we were living in a townhouse too... so all the bedrooms were upstairs while all the living areas where down... I knew I'd never make it having to stay downstairs for 6 weeks so i was REALLY pushing to not have a C.
I fought having the section with DS too - but his heartbeat was dropping, and it became unaviodable. I'd never choose to have that if it wasn't necessary. It was soooo not fun!

So, have I completely grossed out any man that might stumble onto this conversation? :D

And scared one Stephanie :lookaroun

And there's a differance between spoiling and just alot of love. You love Maggie more than life Dana... but she's a very sweet and happy baby. She's not spoiled in the bad sense... just Loved alot! :sohappy: ;)

There's also a difference between "spoiling" and "spoiling rotten" :)

That area actually goes back to normal fairly quickly, and the stitches dissolve pretty quick too. It's your midsection that has trouble shrinking again, because it's been stretched for months.

Any man who has, or will, stumble into this conversation, has or will go running madly into another thread. . .

I bet... I can't imagine and i pray I never have too... I was so scared Lizzy's heart rate would drop - but fortunately it didn't... if it would have I'd have been right in there too. :(

Annnyways.... this has been a fun morning girls! But I'm going to go run some errands and maybe read some this afternoon. I'm making my seafood chowder tonight. :slurp: Just picked up some fresh crab & shrimp last night... soooo i've gotta go get all that together and throw it in the crock pot.

 hope you all have a great day! Love you girls! Y'all are really some special people! I'm so glad to have met you all!

Agreed. I was watching a Supernanny episode where the kid was out of control... he had just recovered from Lukemia, and the mom was just so happy he was alive, that she never disciplined him... like at ALL.

There are two kinds of spoiling.. the good kind, and the destructive kind. Go for the good kind so much that she can't stand it! She's worth it.

Dana, from what I can see (and that's a lot!) you are a great Mom!
Both you and Maggie are incredibly lucky!
Enjoy. . .both of you!

Some friends of ours have a little boy who is about 15-16 months. The mommy said she has been watching Super Nanny and is afraid that he is going to become one of those kids. I told her that he is good now so she just has to keep up the good work!
