Oh, right. That's what it was. Students who are close to/at the qualifications for the Merit Scholarships.

Also, there are other academic scholarships that are not from the NMS program. The scholarship that DS just got is a prime example of that. Many private colleges offer these. Do you have any idea of where you'd like to go?
