Mixed hotel trips?

A simple question, but again, I can think of potential add-on questions that would also need answering.

Main Question: Is it possible to stay in a value resort, and then pick a "last day" in a deluxe resort?

If x is true then

* Will they help you move your luggage from one hotel to the other?
* Does this really mess up Magical Express?
* Can drink mugs move around in this special case?
* Can airline check in still occur at the new hotel on the last day?

I can't afford to stay at the Contemporary for more than a single night, but I've always wanted to. If I can't do it, I'll just book my trip in a value anyway. But I can dream about it right?

Yes you can move between resorts during your stay and yes they will help you move, just make sure they know your plans when you check in. Refillable mugs are good only in the resorts you buy them in (and just for this trip), but many people have their own ideas on this. :lookaroun

Doesn't trying to squeeze an extra evening out of a refillable mug kind of take away from the DELUXE resort experience?
