Mission Space Web Cam

When I was at WDW in July and we came out of Misson Space there is a game center where you can place space like games. At the end, the person leading the games said "wave to everyone watching on the web cam". Can someone tell me how to find the web cam? I can't find it on any site?

To watch the web cam you have to play Mission Space Race Online, im not sure but my link doesnt work anymore to play it, can anyone else get on it?
