hmm... 2 week from now- WDI previews.. that should last about 5 days.

then regular cast previews.. that should last another 2 weeks

I say it bumps the opening up 2 weeks tops... if it's correct

Your math confuses me...Pres. Bush would go so far as to call it "fuzzy". three weeks of previews starting two weeks from now totals five weeks from now when guests will be riding...early July. Where's the extra month go in your math? By my math, that's six weeks ahead of schedule. Either way, I'm feeling pretty good about my first week in August trip:D

ok.. 2 weeks from today..

June 8 it'd get turned over to attractions cast. Then the final training will begin for it's cast. Add 1 more week.

June 15.. it's a sunday, so 5 days of WDI previews would probably be the 16-20. Close it down for the weekend, open it again on monday for regular cast previews.

they'd go through July 7. Close it one more week to give it a good spitshine, and some final testing.

I give it a one month bump now.. better?

and that's only if this is correct

Thank you Steve. I know it is just a rumor but I am feeling so much better today than I was yesterday. My July 13-22 trip is looking better and better :)

A one month bump is all I need buddy :) Thanks for working that out for us. That sounds like something that would work out. Good job. And of course that's only if it is correct.

Don't start this up again. NO ONE will be swallowing any words. WDW made an OFFICIAL announcement, and as far as we could tell, LOGIC told us to trust it. You based your arguments on the simple fact that you were visiting before those dates and wanted to ride, nothing more. You simply didn't want to believe that it wouldn't be open when you were there.

I've said ALL ALONG that I hope you get to ride, and I still hope you do. But, there's no reason to make posts like that and get someone's panties in a bunch.

Understand that this is not great news for YOU. It's great news for everyone.:)

Well its all going to be very interesting to see how things pan out :) Brings back memories of RnR, it was exactly like this at this time of year, just ahead of previews.

For those going before August, things are looking good, but as I said in the update, please do not base a trip around it just incase things change.

Like with the RnR WDI party, I believe it is scheduled for 1 evening only, before the hand over to operations.

Thanks for the news, Steve. For those who were hoping to ride before August 15, I hope you get to ride. If it's not open in June when we're there, oh well. Maybe next year. I figure by then they'll have all the bugs worked out and the RPM's adjusted so I don't have to sit where someone just upchucked!:D

Sounds good to me:D Glad to hear things are finally moving forward with this ride hehe. And to MSU--I was not using my opinions to back my claims, I was using facts from Disney history, like the fact that RnR and Test Track had sneak previews, a point Steve just brought up...seems my logic was at least grounded. That and...God was looking out for me:lol:
