*sigh* First of all, not everyone gets sick on M:S. So you won't need to be "one of the few who doesn't get sick".
I would honestly give this ride a 9 out of 10, but that just goes to show how subjective it is, given the rating right above this post.
To give you another person's motion sickness perspective: I can't even ride Aladdin's magic carpets without getting queasy, to say nothing about the tea cups!!! (Roller coasters, however are usually fine). M:S - no problem. I don't look around, I keep my eyes open and I stare straight ahead, and I have the time of my life.
Keep a mint in your mouth if you're worried. It helps your blood sugar stay stable.
Oh, and the first few seconds (when the shuttle blasts off) - whatever you do, don't panic!!! That's when a lot of people get sick - because they freak out at how unfamilliar the sensation is and so they close their eyes. Biggest mistake you could make!!!! Just stay focused on what's in front of you and enjoy a sensation that really can't be reproduced short of taking a ride on NASA's "Vomit Comet"!
