I will not say Destiny sucks, but it's definitely not up to par with Disney music. "Just One Dream" and "We Go On" walk all over "Destiny." I hope someday they have a chance to improve it.

But at least the CD version, is a longer more balanced cut of the song. The original "screaming banshee woman" version with her just repeating the same chorus even 48 1/2 seconds was enough to drive you insane (and all you early MS CMs out there will agree). The second version had an instramental break between the repeatitive chorus. While not really much better then the original, it was easier to ignore since she is only singing half the time. So with that I like the CD version, but agree that the courtyard music / on-ride background music might have been a better addition to the album. Does make from some interesting interpretive dancing though...... :goodnevil

Anything from the Millennium Celebration was awsome, but Destiny sucks.

Anyone care to explain why the plaza music is a giant swooping score done by the London Orchestra, yet Destiny is done BY SYNTHS!?!?! ANYONE?

I agree here with you and NemoRocks. No offense to Destiny lovers but the lyrics are style are just too cheap. (Really love the Millennium stuff. I still listen to it often).

Gotta give credit to Disney for creating a theme song, though.

I don't like the "Destiny" song only because I don't think it fits the ride very well. Kind of like on Test Track you get off and the music is themed to the ride. You would expect it to be maybe a more upbeat song and not as (yes I will repeat this word) "generic" sound. "We go on" was a great song, and I can tell the similarities between "Destiny" and "We Go On". I'll stick with my Millenium CD Thank you
